PoE 2 Account Banned for no reason?

Just realized I can still play in other gateways besides Sao Paulo's gateway. But it is unplayable to do so in hardcore since the ping is too high.

Also got banned out of nowhere while in town. Brazilian server.

Also me, just got banned too, i logout, and tried to log in again, boom, ip banned.

Boa tarde..acabo de ter a surpresa que estou banido também ...estava em um boss do ato 3 um que anda com um tronco nas costas..desloguei lá porque morri varais vezes ontem e agora fui logar para tentar passar e minha conta esta bandida..como assim

i was playing just 2-3 hours ago, tried to login and i got the ip banned message.
