Killing random enemies can make them drop again

I put one relic in the medallion before I realized that I did not have both. I didn't think about pulling out the one I had inserted already. Left instance and went to get the other one. Got it. Returned back to insert the second one and the medallion would not show up and allow me to insert the second one. Tried many things but the one that worked was going into a new instance buy holding CTRL and clicking on the VoT's. When I re-entered a new instance I was right there at the medallion, it had the one I had already placed, and it allowed me to place the second one in and complete the mission. Awesome.

This is not true btw, beware before you read this and start wasting your time farming, i am now at 4 hours of clearing Keth and the Kabala clan relic does NOT drop again.

Mine is bugged because I didn’t insert the first relic before finishing act 2. Now I can’t get the second one to drop from Keth or the elephant graveyard.

same to me, been killing mobs but no drop after drop the relics on the floor.

Same here. The quest told me to go to ACT2 part 1 to insert the relics from ACT2 part 2. Then I insert it like crazy but dont let me. Since I notice there is a duplicate of the left one on it, I drop it and its gone. Since I cant believe it, I drop the right relic too, and its gone.

Then I browse the web, till I knew I should go to ACT2 part 2 and look for calley of TItan myself manually without quest guidance. When I reach the altar. Then the quest guidance activated telling me "You are screwed, ACT2 Part 1 is a TRAP!"

My quest is bugged too. I killed the golem last night, got the relic, but can't complete the quest because the relic disappeared from my inventory when I logged in this morning to do it. No relic in my inventory, nothing in my bags. Now I can't progress on my character. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
