POE 2 Ancient Vows Quest Bugged

I accidentally threw 2 relic pieces, which are Qeust items, on the ground and the cylinders, so I can't do the quest. Although I farmed for about 3 hours to make the relic pieces drop again in Keith and bone pits, the relic pieces didn't drop again, so I can't complete the quest, my progress in the game has stopped, please help me because I can't complete the quest GGG.

similar issue.
unable to insert the relics. the place to insert them only appears when mousing over the altar without the relics picked up from inventory. |

My friend is having the same issue.

I am also unable to click the altar.
EDIT: I was doing it wrong. I thought I had to click the altar and the relics would be inserted. Picking them up from my inventory and inserting them manually worked. Last edited by Ghocher#4942 on Dec 9, 2024, 2:36:10 PM

I also have this issue, I thought the quest item was a duplicate or something and dropped it on the ground.
Re-killing bosses and stuff doesn't drop a new version. My character is locked out of this quest because I don't have the items to insert. |

I managed to get one to drop, but I think I missed picking it up, went back to the zone before it reset but the Kabala clan relic was missing and I cant get it to drop again.
