High CPU Usage and Low Performance in Path of Exile 2

Bumping, same problems on my Dell XPS 15 9350
i7-13700H (20 CPUs)
32 Gb Ram
NVidia 4060 Laptop GPU
dont matter low settings or up, 2 monitors connected or fulscreen on the laptop only. With other apps in background or without. I am always having FPS drops which makes game unplayable.
I dont need beauty and i dont need to see and count every spark that my SW is casting, all that i need is stable 45-60 FPS.
GGG, Please fix this. I cant understand why this game is more stable on my steam deck than on my laptop.
I will buy another 1000 coins pack, just please fix this game

My issue is that once i run poe 2 instead of high cpu usage instead the program is dropping cpu speed by half from 4.09ghz to around 2.6ghz which is base
i5-11400 32gb ddr4 rtx 3050 laptop 4gb vram, power control settings i have cpu power to 100% bios disabled c states all other games non drop the cpu multiplier only this game which at first did not but within the last 2 or 3 patches now it tanks my fps. so intentional. ugg

i7-9700KF
2070 Super

Infernalist - 20 fps/100% load CPU
Some here since some times, but no issue at initial release.

Archlinux
Play from Steam/Proton
Rysen7 5800X
64Go
RTX3600Ti @ 2560*1440

At start game is ok but after a moment CPU is lagging (See it with F1 graph - it's between 5ms - 50ms)

I try play in low graph, at 1980, remove all options...

The only way for now it's to quit game & restart.

Still having high cpu usage since the nerf of cast on freeze patch.
Any fix now?

As your CPU is not getting maxed out but you are still getting fps drops, try this. (Or maybe try it even if the CPU is maxing out)

If you have an Nvidia card go to the Nvidia Control panel -- > Manage 3D Settings, and set "Shader Cashe Size" to Disabled

If you have a different graphics card do the equivalent.

Also recommend leaving it on but research how to clear the shader cashe, clear it and see what happens.

Also for anyone getting Max CPU Usage make sure you have enough cooling on your CPU or something might get too hot leading to hardware melting to some degree. Excuse the pun.

If its running to hot, you can take down max amount your CPU is used in windows power settings by 20% or less or more. Your choice. But see what happens temperature wise at less 20% first and go from there.

Disclaimer - Adjust the voltage at your own risk

You can also under-volt your CPU via a one or two options, bios (if it has the option) or 3rd party program (Less voltage means less heat). Undervolting does not risk melting anything but can make the CPU unstable for processing while undervalued. So if you are using a 3rd party program, do not set it to auto activate unless you are very very sure it will work, and then maybe.

Disclaimer - Updating BIOS has been known to brick Motherboards. Proceed at own risk

Also very impotent, if you have a 13th or 14th Intel CPU you must check if the Motherboards bios is up to date enough to have the CPU microcode fix included if you want a stable and working CPU.

Intel's 13th and 14th gen CPUs were self breaking themselves due to incorrect voltages here and there.

If this has already happened, Intel did increase the length of its warranty, see if you are still eligible.
