How fast do you think the steamcharts number will drop?
" Depends, I think it might go up and down a bit, as we are in the pre-Christmas chaos, when people will be distracted with family, and so forth, but maybe find time to play a bit in between. Then I guess there will be another bump down, when 3.26 launches, and a lot will depend on developer response to cristisms and problems and how fast they will add changes. I am not too confident atm. as they seem to have made it their first order of business to nerf things. So wait and see. EA is for testing, nothing else, peaks and lows are to be expected. The real point will be how many players take up the finished product a year from now. |

I think there's a large portion of players that are not coming back at all. If they do it's only because they are bored, like me.
The reason is because it's stil Acts 1-3 and Cruel 1-3. And they are thinking, "I don't want to do that for another League." Most people are dropping of because of the boring Campaign and the Trials that are boring. Those that make it to End Game also get bored quickly. I'll probably play Huntress to Act 3 and when I feel the slog, I'll stop. |

Steamcharts will have a slow downward trend.PoE2 is terrible especially the campaign replayability.
New Ascendancy classes are irrelevant when i am having a terrible experience playing the game that disrespects me . Let me give some examples. Gem system i terrible they have taken the grind out of gems and they walling you on Campaign just to make the game annoying and try slow you down . Seems like they gonna nerf Spark and Archmage or w/e to force you play the new classes. No thank you i am personally fed up with GGG nerfing classes and skills to force you to play w/e the meta they want to be for years they have been doing this on PoE1. I am playing an ARPG .If you check the competition in terms of crafting they are like 100 years ahead of them for (PoE2) You got the perfect recipe in PoE1 and yet they refuse to copy that and changed how orbs work to a more GATCHA GAMBA style .No thanks the direction its going is terrible. Gonna enjoy PoE1 untill they shut it down and i am pretty sure they gonna do it in the near future . Some of their developers started jumping the ship leaving GGG from what i saw on Reddit. My problem with all this is that they stoped developing PoE1. If PoE1 had continiued to some extend everything would be fine.I understand that 3 month League developing 2 games is not possible but the way the handled it is criminal.Paying for Supporter Packs on a game to stop its development i think thats kinda illegal they should have made a fund for PoE2 or PoE2 supporters or w/e and start from there |
