Trial of Chaos with 10Trial - 10Trial+Secret room after.
You can see this information on a sakema\chaos trial item, when said item show it can't grant ascendency point and over above this indication.

You can't get those during the campaign.
IF anything they should remove those quest during cruel act.

While this is correct, there's tons of people who still can't complete or get points even though the keys says they will grant ascendency points. That's the issue.

Ignored the notification and went for the trail after killing the twin boss reward room had the ascendancy shirne but it wasnt clickable and invitation was used left the zone and now even after redoing the traitor's passage boss no invitation drops and cant get ascendancy points or repeat the 2 floor quest trial

Same bug too. Also the Djinn barya relic's have changed in their description. Now they ALL say they give you a class, instead of [this relic will not give you any ascendency points] . Not sure what is going on.
