Cruel act 2 Ascent to power quest and uninterractable ascendancy shrine

Same issue happened to me today as well please fix this

Holy Crap. this helped. So i ported back to town (caravan). used waypoint to vastiri outskirts and talked to disentchant lady. or just stand next to her. the caravan opens and voila! i had the waypoint to the trial of sekhemas!!

what mode normal or cruel >?
i went to the outskirts on cruel and didnt work for me

i went to the outskirts on cruel and didnt work for me

you just need to get back to caravan by foot (not waypoint) then next quests will be unlocked

i have tried this and hasnt worked?

Same here with this issue. I've completed the Trial of Sekhemas twice (on normal difficulty) and the Trial of Chaos once (also on normal).

I've just got to Act 2 Cruel and unlocked the quest "Ascent to Power" which tells you to go to Traitor's Passage. I have done this and defeated Balbala. She dropped a coin that says it WONT give ascendency points, but in addition, the quest appears bugged. Despite having already defeated her the quest won't update and tells me to "Travel to Traitor's Passage". No one back at the Caravan acknowledges her as being dead. I cannot travel to the Trial of the Sekhemas via the Desert Map on the Caravan as it is greyed out.

Weirdly, I CAN travel to the trail via the waypoint system, even if I have it set to Act 2 Cruel - though it displays the monster level as "level 22" and appears to be set to the "normal" difficulty despite it being a waypoint in the "cruel" Act 2.

Do I need to have done the Trial three times in Normal? It doesn't tell me I need to have done this, but it's all I can think of! I've tried the other fixes like walking back to the Caravan rather than using a portal and it hasn't worked.

Please help GGG, I love this game and was really excited and getting more ascendancy points!
