Cruel act 2 Ascent to power quest and uninterractable ascendancy shrine

Just happened for me too

I am in the same boat but I am wondering if this has something to do with completing my second ascendency trial already? I did the sanctum trial in act 2 normal for my first set, I did ultimatum in act 3 normal and got my second set, are we supposed to get our third set here?

Same the still issue.
I did my 3th Lab and after killing twins couldnt interact with the shrine for the skillpoints. Sadge.

Third Ascension (6 Points):
Obtained From: Random Monster Drop
Djinn Barya: Area Level 60+ Trials: 3
Inscribed Ultimatum: Area Level 75+ Number of Trials: 10

Fourth Ascension (8 Points):
Obtained From: Random Monster Drop
Djinn Barya: Area Level 75+ Trials: 4, Defeat final boss
Inscribed Ultimatum: Defeat the Trialmaster (final boss)
