Cruel act 2 Ascent to power quest and uninterractable ascendancy shrine

I'm having the same issue. Plz fix this. Wtf =(

Same here.
Ascended only once(first 2 points) and now all Djinn Baria coins (and inscribed ultimatum ) just say: "will not grant additional ascendency skill points".

I run an completed the trial with one of this coins to see if at least the quest disappear and no luck

Same problem as everyone else! Ascent to Power quest is telling me to 'Search Traitor's Passage" after 100% full clearing two times now.
