Can someone confirm if you are actually meant to get an act 2 quest item here or is everyone getting the consumable one?

" there's no way to know. everybody is getting the consumable. the interesting thing is that you can progress the act 3 quest all the way up to the point where it simply says "complete trial of chaos" but even if you do it, you get no reward. one quest is bugged, the other appears not to be, but neither are rewarding points. |
