Account locked Help

with yall almost 2 months locked... no response ask for help on the forums all they do is remove my posts... hopefully my refund will come in soon so i can move on.

My account has been locked since 16 January and GGG has not responded to my email or forum post either. Had to make a new forum account. Did a search for "locked" account issues on this forum and on the Discord and doesn't look like anyone has been unlocked yet. Probably unlikely to happen for at least another 6-12 months because GGG is unwilling to provide a time estimate for when they will look into it.

They said PoE1 had to be stalled with no end date in sight for when the new league will come out. PoE2 still has major issues. I think from here the only option might be to do some kind of chargeback or refund dispute? I paid for a game I cannot play
