Day 22 still waiting,
GGG, i can't believe how you all doing such a shabby business. You guys have no shame on yourself? I've been locked out since First day of EA launch. Since the last you replied my email are on the 20th. the email says: Hey there, Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulty with this security system. I understand that it can be a frustrating process. The problem you are experiencing may be that your IP is changing slightly each time you log in, so the system thinks you are in another location. We are able to disable the unlock code feature for your account, however, this would leave your account at risk to unauthorised users and potentially result in the loss of your items or characters. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please let us know if you would prefer this security feature to be completely disabled at this time. If you have any additional questions or concerns please feel free to let us know. I replied and yet to get any response from you guys since then. In my entire life, i never met such a support team. Its been more than 3 weeks guys. Where on earth have you guy met such a poor services. We bought your EA and paid for it yet we cant even access it. I can understand that you are handling lots and lots of email, but dude....3 weeks have passed, my issue still haven't being solve. Shame on you. |

The silence from GGG is pretty damn loud. Is there really no answer coming from their side? This is pretty sad to see...

GGG has been a live service provider for more than a decade, and they still do not have 2FA, do not help hacked customers, and do not give a shit but take the money. Pathetic company.

I'm also waiting for my account to be unlocked. They locked it after everything was already stolen. So there was no point in doing that. I did change my passwords and scanned for malware beforehand. All the account lock did was deny access to me...
