bump, do something about this issue GGG, unlocking accounts and the verification process should have priority in your support queue, we wanna play the game in holidays without having to buy a new account.

" I completely disabled all the chat stuff because of stuff liek this and risking being banned or locked out for some stupid ass reason. The moderation seems to be a bit over the top when we're having to walk on eggshells with every word typed. Maybe we're all the evil comedians cracking jokes in the chat, kek. ssfbtw

Dear GGG Support Team,
Right now, I just want the support team to unlock my account and reset the email back to the original one before it was hacked, so I can change the password. This is to ensure I can play PoE2 during the New Year holiday. I have already provided the account recovery details and sent them to support@grindinggear.com on 2024/12/22.
