Did anyone get unlocked yet? After getting locked by support?

my account was locked since EA launch. until now didn't even get to play the game even once.
from my experience, they never reply email on weekend. after Xmas n Boxing and soon New Year...this will be a long holiday for them. |

I don't understand how they can lock accounts so quickly, but not finish the case for unlocks???

maybe try connecting to steam and play there. you don't need email code there

" this is what im afraid of. i read some ppl on steam also have lots of problem. i dont wanna make anything worse trying to link and stucked in steam too. I've been using POE1 stand alone client since year 2016. how do i know poe2 is such a mess and their working crew aren't 1% as good as my older times support crew. |

Still waiting. Also checked on my hacker again. He's selling even more stuff now. At least their business is going good...
