Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access

Looks like a server issue to me. Network is spiking. I'm in the same neighborhood as the server itself and the client claims a 6ms response time. I don't know if they're scaling down post launch given the initial traffic, but it's clear to me they are not seeing or acknowledging this issue which seems to be global and platform agnostic.

40 ping spiking to 100-200 cause the stuttering very annoying |

1 Gbps cable line. Constant spiking from 23 ms to 400+ ms every second.

Not constant, just randomly happens I sit here on options menu watching the green network MS bar jump from 50’s to 100’s and back down |
