PROBLEM WITH PERFORMANCE ON POE 2

Hi i have problem with graphics setings on poe 2. I play on RTX 4070, Ryzen 7 7800x3d, 32gb ram and i have only 47-50fps. When i play on ultra on low i have still the same fps, any changes cant fix the problem. I know is beta, but my friend with the same set up have 140fps and in town 90 without dlss. Can u do me a maybe some of tips how to try to fix it? Thank u! I download new Nvidia patch before starting game.

I am also having the same issue here. Doesn't matter which resolution or graphic setting i used, it always stuck around 40-45 fps. I'm using RTX3060ti, i5-100400f, 16GB RAM 2666MHz, Installed on M2 NVMe
I got the same, 40-50fps.
PC:
i7 9700k
4070Ti Super
32gb ddr4
ssd m2
Same problem for me. FPS hard stuck 40-45 regardless of content (town, world) and playing w different settings
All other games can run >120 fps w/o issue.

BUT

I switched to direct x 11 — max frames improve significantly at rest (90) but still drop very low for a second any time I engage enemies, dropping to 30.

RXT2080Ti
i9900FK
32gb RAM

Please help!

Same problem. I've played on my brother's PC, that has very similar specs to mine (i have slighty better PC, SSD + tried overclocking) and everything was fine, smooth.

Now i came back home and it's literally unplayable on my PC.

I'm downloading a standalone version, because on my PC i installed it through steam, when on my brother's PC i played on standalone. Let's hope that will make a difference, otherwise it's a joke that shouldn't be possible..
I'm having exact same issue on 4060/7800x3d/32gb/b650m-p. I updated to 24h2 a few days ago. 45-50 fps with lowest or highest settings on DX12.

After spending all night investigating and trying everything you did i found my card is only reporting as PCIE x1 4.0 rather than x8 4.0 in gpuz and ncp even when under load. My mobo only has 1 PCIE gen 4 x16 socket and my cables are correctly connected.

I can get 60fps in PoE2 using dx11 and have only played other DX11 games such as BG3 and XIV since i built this machine in June and they reach 4k 60fps no problem using DLSS. As i have no other Dx12 games performance to compare to i don't know if this just a reporting error or whether ive had poor performance since i built the system itself and just not noticed.

Today i tried my GPU in a friends machine and it reported x8 4.0 as it should. His 4060ti also reported as only x1 4.0 on mine under load. I tried an old 1050 which is gen 3 x16 and that reports fine so im totally stumped on whether i have duff mobo or there is a driver/bios issue somewhere.
I have the same problem, laptop i7,3070,16gb no matters resolution (I arrive at 720 and shadows, lights, etc low) when I shot or an enemy appears my FPS go down at 15-20 FPS,even I format my laptop, sorry for my english.
Same problem here. I get a steady 39-44 FPS but it's very choppy.

Intel i7 10700k
EVGA 3080 10GB TUF
32 DDR ram
SSD drives
700/700 Mbs (so no latency issue)

Very choppy tried upgrading from Win 10 to Win 11, did nothing. Did the high performance settings, nothing have worked.

I've tried many different solutions from the internet and nothing worked.
For some reason, after installing nvidia app, optimizing game, restoring default POE settings and adjusting it again to my preferences, now my fps are at playable state (around 60fps, no stuttering, lags and no MS spikes).
Maybe something changed about the servers, what made an impact (less trafic?), but i hope it might help someone and won't get back to the horrible state in my case.
