Still happening, Tinkers tool are not in the map on cruel.

check the known issues thread, it mentions that the issue is that it doesn't explain that the tools are a random drop from miners in the area

so yeah. they say tinkers tools are a drop from monsters. but now we tried so much we could manage to get the QUEST icon greyed out but what the hell does it even gives us?
whats the reward/feature it unlocks? |

It is so weird they putting this on the Known Issues list when they're not even addressing the real issue with the quest. you can complete it and yet there's no reward
