Omg I just spent an hour looking for these before Googling... guess I have the bug too.
*Never forgetting how good this game looked at 32:9 instead of 1/3 of my screen being black bars.*

Full dleared the entire zone & theres no tools anywhere...

Just checked the map after logging back in. Now it is greyed out like it is completed. No clue why since I never picked anything up for it, and it was incomplete when I logged off.

i couldnt find it either but it seems to be considered complete and a new bench was added in town.
