Tinker's Tools not appearing

Ok managed to get it in the next map, i just pressed the map button and the icon was grey completed.

Cleared the map several times; the Tinker's Tools never appeared. |

Still nothing...forgot how many times i completed the area and still nowhere to be found

I didnt pick up ANY item, just move on to the next map, completed it, checked again and it was grey and completed.
Anyway i dont know what it gave me, or if it was just a rare item. |

+1, after two full clears of the zone, that's the only checkpoint with a chest afterward, so def it must be that one.

So instead Quarry we should look at the mines?
