In general, after reading the local comments, I noticed that at first, when many people change the API from the same DX12 to DX11 or Vulcan, everything works for a while, but then they face the same problem again, I also noticed that the shader strip jumps on the performance charts, what I found with a high probability will turn out to be nonsense, but there is also a chance that it can help, along the way C:\Users \your user name\AppData\Roaming\Path of Exile 2 when running on one or another API, folders ShaderCacheD3D12, ShaderCacheVulkan, ShaderCacheD3D11 are created, when I delete them, I go into the game and start jumping on the locks, I have enough for a stable 15-20 jumps, if after the system freezes, I restart the PC and do not delete the API folder on which my game broke, then going into the game in the next 1-3 jumps across locations, the game breaks down again, maybe if the problem really is this someone will be able to figure it out, I don't have enough time and I have no desire to continue killing PC

P.S if I had read this from someone, I would most likely consider it nonsense, but I really want to play so I'm ready to write guesses 🤷‍♂️

Same issue here, multiple crashes on loading screen. Whole pc freezes. Hopefully fix soon.

Sent my dxdiag as well. I will say the ONLY change that I made prior to this issue beginning was that I changed "Shadow+GI Quality" from High to Ultra, and I changed NIS to DLSS.

I've just reverted these two settings... will post back if I don't encounter the freezing anymore.

Also, I just noticed my motherboard manufacturer released a Chipset update last month (MAG B550M Bazooka) so I just did that update as well.

Open dxdiag folder copy (highlight)all content copy then paste in pm. You cant send files.

but it tells me that I can only message support atm, and when i type support mail it doesnt recognize it
