POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen
I changed my renderer from DX12 to Vulkan and so far haven't crashed in like 6hours of playtime. Maybe coincidence, idk.

Vulkan helps a bit but the issue is causing by the multithreading option. It works fine once you make it past the loading screen. So I guess a temporary fix from GGG would be to auto disable it once you're in a loading screen if windows 24H2 is detected by the game. Turning off the affinity for a few cores will prevent the whole system crash, in this case only the game will crash.

same issue with 3060TI and i5 12400f

Same issue
tried DirectX 11, 12, Vulkan, changing maximum processor state to 90% - nothing helps i5-11400 rtx 3060 12gb nvme ssd 32gb ram 3600mhz Win 11 24H2 |

Not sure how many will see this but I was having the same issues as everyone else
I underclocked my CPU slightly, before it was overclocked by about 15%. This seems to have fixed the issue I have gone in and out of a zone using the entrance/exit and also used portal both directions without crashing. CPU: 5700X3D GPU: RTX 3070Ti |

Same here. I tried Vulcan/DX11/DX12. Every time i port the CPU rises to 90%+.
(3 Friends also have the same Problem) i7-12700K 64 GB Ram 5600MHz CL36 DDR5 RTX4070ti Win 10 Pro 22H2 (19045.5131) M2. SSD |

very sad also about this bug...
cant play like this |

I have noticed most of you (and me) having this issue have NVIDIA GPU and Ryzen CPU. Also i use Steam version of the game, dunno about you.
I downloaded nvidiaProfileInspector and check profiles, i have latest driver 566.36. I have noticed that PoE2 steam exe name is same as PoE1 exe name so it uses PoE1 profile! And that profile for PoE1 have some curious settings, so i delete whole PoE1 profile and added poe2 steam executables to PoE2 profile and... it seems no crashes since then - i cant enter first town before, loading screen always freeze my PC. Just here to add that i also have this problem
Ryzen 5 9600x 64gb ddr5 rtx 4070ti |

The only way I can play the game is to hit the DEFAULT button and disable all the cool graphic effects.
And even then I can't even make it to the login screen 50% of the time. Meanwhile, all my other games run at maxed-out settings with no problems. Windows 11 (Steam), AMD 5800X3D, RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB, 32BG DDR4 3200, Samsung 980 Pro SSD
