It's in their known list of high priority fixes. I don't know what else you want from them.

I just want to say, wow. I started this game on launch and wouldn't have a gaming session without at least 2-3 crashes.

I grew tired of it and decided the fault lay on my Windows 10 that I had tweaked to oblivion and so formatted my SDD, installed Windows 11, downloaded and installed PoE2...

...and now the game crashes on every single loading screen. No, this is not a manner of speaking. Every single loading screen my whole PC freezes which was not what I was having previously where the game just crashed.

Nothing I have tried has fixed this issue. The only thing that allows me to get in the game without hard crashing my entire PC anymore is disabling multithreading. This is not a solution as the game is unplayable without it. Really upset that I spent $160 on this. Jokes on me I guess for thinking I could at least play this game on a literal top end PC.

The lack of response and the fact that this has been known about from GGG since at least the 10th and nothing has been done is very disheartening. I suspect the issue is related to 24H2. I don't have the desire to roll back a windows update so maybe I try to refund the game on my credit card side. What's the problem with a banned account in a game I can't play anyway?

Hope to see this fixed this weekend. Would be nice to play the damn game i paid for

This may be unrelated but I was tackling two problems at the same time: one my FPs were always around 45-50 despite having a brand new computer. And the second was how after installing windows 11 and re-downloading PoE2 the game had gone from an average or 2-3 crashes per gaming session to crashing every single one of the every times I had a loading screen.

Went from the forementioned 50 FPS to 200 FPS and, I mean, placebo? Chance? Unrelated but maybe? All I know is that my crashes stopped as well.

Remember they happened at EVERY loading screen and I have been teleporting around and playing for an hour without any crash.

I may still have those 2-3 crashes per session. I'll only know as I continue playing but I wanted to come chime in at realizing I was no longer crashing at EVERY loading screen.

What happens if running DX11 with DLSS? I could hardly start the game on DX12 with NIS before a hard freeze, but have not had a single crash since I switched to DX11/DLSS - I guess in approx. 40 hours of gameplay.

Yes, it sucks, but still runs better than DX12 with virtual multithreading off :)
