Bought the Lord of Ogham and never received the items and gold

I have now 1k PS-coins?^^ how to transfer to gold or is just the currency for playstation store (and works like gold)?

I purchased all of the packs and only have 4800 points. Shouldn't I have 10,400? Also, the Twitch drops aren't showing up in my inventory either.

Apparently, this is my PC account that is linked to my PSN account. So now it has the Twitch drops. What's the point of linking my PSN account to my original account if none of the Twitch drops are available to it? I didn't know I had to be logged in here as my PSN account and link my Twitch account to it. So now I've wasted money on one of the drops that I'll never be able to use.

The messaging regarding what accounts you need to be logged into to do what and where is muddy at best. Especially, since there is no cross purchase support for PSN for whatever reason.

The points not adding up is still an issue though.

Still not fixed on my PS5 account ... No redeem in the shop in game.

same. not fixed for me on ps5. nno pack or points. however now they show i have 1000 points in the poe 1 game. wtf. not playing again untill they fix this stupid stuff.

How about an update on all of this? You say it's fixed. Obviously it's not.

It's the same for me, I bought the pack for 60 euros and I don't have any of the cosmetics, or any coins.

Do you have an update on solving this problem?

I managed to recover the content.

To do this, open the microtransaction menu. Select the supporter pack as if you were going to buy it. At this point I recovered all the elements.

I hope this helps other people.
