Bought the Lord of Ogham and never received the items and gold

Not ideal, but this works: Log into PoE1. Go to Microtransaction > Buy Points > select your pack and buy. Once the PSN payment overlay comes up, cancel, and the points and items should be added.

I got my points and armor set this way.

I pay 60$ for Lord Ogham in PSN. I have nothing. Scam or what is this? Where is my points and skins, pet and teleport?

On top of that, it doesn't show the cosmetics purchased on PC either (they are supposed to be visible just not usable, labelled "this item is not available because it was not purchased on PS", as it's the case in PoE1)

Same problem here. 60 dls in my case no ps5.

I came from pc & xbox. I am now on my ps5 pro. I had no access to my points yesterday.

I have PoE accounts on PC, Xbox, and PS5. Merged them all but having the same user name makes it a nightmare.

I have Idlerace#8467, Idlerace#2367, Idlerace#5566 and in character screen I have to pick one.

I had no point on either and all 3 account don't act as one. If I create a character on #8467 then switch to other accounts I lose the character.

I logged into PoE 1 and put on a MTX and went back to PoE 2 and my points finally showed up. The issue is I had a level 20 character I was enjoying yesterday which was on Idlerace#8467 but my points showed up on idlerace#2367 so I had to start a new character.

What a pain in the butt.

This are not really merged. Because I have to switch in game between 3 accounts.

As of this morning the problem is fixed for me all points and relevant mtx are available thanks GGG!
