97k seems pre-buff seems fine. I am about the same.

" I think it's easier for them. And I don't really think it's that hard to replicate, honestly. Cost of my build isn't crazy anyway, so pps should get to the point eventually. Just copy-paste my tree/gems (don't forget to swap impetus->conc), get 4k mana and you are done. Ice Nova route is fine for avoiding Snakepit-frostbolt, but it's not as good. Just a reminder - my wand is 1d. Plenty of similar things under 5d.

I was just going insane seeing numbers like 400k, even though everything was almost the same. Now my dmg is 120k with the changes to passive tree, without changing the gems.

ha. ok setting up Path of building, I was able to figure out the mana discrepancy.
mana blessing 5% max mana. I was totally overlooking that. so, I DO have 21% increased mana, not 16%. (raw mana and calibration) it thinks I should have way more mana regen.. 390.8 versus 356.6 in game. I think pob must just be using the wrong mana regen formula? its not eh same from poe1. idk. don't see the source there yet. |

All other stats being equal, would you favor a wand with +5 cold or +4 cold and 30% Cast Speed? Does cast speed affect energy of CoC comet?

ok, I figured out where pob and in game my mana regen didn't match.
PoB is multiplying arcane blossom 1.15% recovery rate mod as it should. but in game, its only adding into mana regen. which is really weird as I could have sworn it WAS multiplying in before. did it get changed in the patch? I remember it was really noticeable in countering mom before.. checking bug reports I see reports all the way back in dec12th. so not new. weird. again, could have sworn... Hey guys, I have a level 86 chronomancer and i'm looking to swap to this build set up. I'm currently running a heavy mana/life recoup build, using Call of the Brotherhood Cold Spark setup. I'm currently at a point where the investment I put into the build has hit a cap, Tier 14 and 15 content is incredibly dangerous and slow and I'm looking to swap to full Cold Chronomancer for the rest of endgame.
I've maybe got about 170 exalts to work with and I've been having bad luck with selling drops or raw currency drops with 104% magic find. So my question is, is there a good ~1 div Cold Chronomancer build that can get me strong enough to kill the league bosses and start earning real currency & clearing juiced tier 16+ maps quickly and safely? or at least on my way to doing so? I already have an everlasting gaze, a snakepit ring, and about 5 Greater Jeweler's orbs, now it's just getting the gear, the jewelry and the jewels. Thank you to anyone that can assist! |

Since we rely heavily on Triggered spell damage, which of the following should we prioritize on the tree:
1. Elemental damage (not for a specific element like Cold or Lightning only) 2. Spell damage 3. Triggered spell damage I wanted to know because there are nodes that don't reflect their damage on the tooltip such as "Increased Triggered spell damage when you crit recently". With Archmage, it's better to get spell or elemental damage right? POB cant calculate yet DPS for triggered spells. Thoughts? |

" +4 with cast speed. Way better to play. " I reported arcane blossom being shit about a month ago, according to in-game mana regen. " I never get tired of saying that CotB is shit with archmage. It converts the damage before AM, so you still do mostly lightning damage. If you want your spark to freeze everything - use Three Dragons. Anyway, the ~1d project is what I will do asap since I have nothing to do in the game besides the endless grinding. Probably today or tomorrow. However, there is Ruz's boss killer build for a low budget, that actually can do all bosses. Not good at mapping and Simulacrum tho. Also, PaintMaster's guide is still relevant for reference. He done it with ~6d budget. " Besides Invocated Efficiency wheel (which is a must) there isn't much Trigger spell damage you can actually get. I don't recommend pathing to Dynamism too, it's better just to anoint it. Ofc spell/elemental is a must too. You want the most efficient nodes/wheels. Echoing is super strong, 90% increase for 5 points. Potent Incantation is 60% for 4 points. 5 if Roil is ignored. All Natural is 50% for 3 points. Thin Ice, although conditional, but it's still 50% per 1 point. No reason not to get it. Those are a must. Next, we are looking for single strong nodes, that actually have smth useful in pathing. Stormcharged (40%) and Raw Power (20%) have cast speed. Maybe yes. Repulsion has 20% too, and I'm dead set on getting AoE. Maybe yes. Hindered Capabilities - 30% and slow magnitude (slow is our only layer of defense). Maybe yes. That's it. Last thing, about this: " I posted my tooltip damage here: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3592843/page/79#p25876946 Mentioned that under all buffs, means echoing/stormcharged included.
