To reiterate Metro's point, I got that during a Closed Beta ladder reset race. So I also believe there will be ladders and various events during EA, just like there was during CB when it was even less of a game than PoE2 is going to be in EA.

There might not be one directly on release, but I'm fairly confident there will be ladders during EA. Id honestly be surprised if it was just 6 months of nothing.

Original PoE had a ladder even when Docks was the only end game. I remember specifically the highest level characters being 8x having grinded only docks.

I still fail to grap why ladder should ever be a thing. Are you so desperete to compete but suck at actual competetive games or something? Having them on CLOSED BETA is retarded. We can have 20 balance patches the first few days.

Sorry? This thread was more about when we get a ladder, not why ladders are needed, please don't derail our fun thread with negativity. Many people literally just posed about the previous closed beta having ladders, whatever argument you have against ladders is just not relevant.

No ladders, only stairs.
