This is something thats kindof shocking to me. I thought ladders were something we took as granted in path of exile and was tied to diablo-like games?
There will be a ladder in EA, 100%. To be clear, the existence of a ladder does not imply there will be a race or a reward associated with your positionon the ladder.

I think we both have different ideas what ladder means. I mean ladder visible on poe site not just ingame.
Not needed for Early access. Not at all important to add when we are missing 3 entire acts and 6 classes. Wait till the game is done first, add unimportant fluff later.

Indeed, for me, if ingame references the ladder, then a ladder would exist. However if you mean the online ladder from their website, ill adjust my definition of a ladder to mean only the online ladder posted to either the POE1 or POE2 website (only for you). If anyone else takes the wager, ill use my definition.
