Still no respond from GGG ?

In all fairness, they likely have their hands full with all the pre-release drama and complaints from people having various issues with their orders.

Still, I'm hoping they'll clarify these abnormalities around shipping soon, as I believe these are some concerning points we've raised and I'd assume they are interested in making sure more people buy their supporter packs.
As many others here, the shipping costs concerned me a lot.

Thanks to everyone sharing their costs to europe.

Without this, i would have already bought the 240$ pack with Shirt and Hoodie (i Love my other Shirts and Hoodies).
I could totaly wait 8 Months for my clothes to arrive, but this Pandora Box of estimated shipping cost, Taxes and fees is sadly a No No for me.

Don't know if i want to buy a smaller core supporter Pack.
I usually get packs for the shirt. I wanted to get the hoodie and artbook this time, but I would never pay over 130usd for shipping alone. Id rather not buy any supporter packs again with those ridiculous shipping costs.
It’s an absolute joke what GGG is doing to their supporters here!
The shipping costs are way too expensive, and no one from GGG is saying anything about it!
I don’t mind waiting six months for goodies as long as they don’t come with €100 shipping costs!
In the past years, it worked perfectly fine without shipping fees—what has happened to you?
Do you now want to rip off your supporters or make sure that people stop supporting GGG altogether?

The problem is, that there are some people who want their stuff asap and are whining about the long shipping times. So GGG changed the distributor and (possibly) said „ship it as fast as you can“ and the distributor (possibly) thought „ ok take the most expensive and fastest way to ship it“.

It would be nice if GGG let us decide if we :

1.) want the physical stuff as fast as possible for that high price
2.) want the physical stuff as fast as usual for no extra shipping cost as it was till now
3.) don’t want the physical stuff but the extra MTX Points for the price like it is now
4.) don’t want neither the physical stuff nor the extra MTX Points for the same Price like the XBox players have to pay (370$ if I remember correctly)

The total shippment (shipping/tax/duty) for the actual Supporter Pack (2024 PoE2 EA) can go UP TO !! 266.37$ !! for Germany.
Please GGG talk to your distributor and get some better deal!

Just want to post my 2c here, for when GGG have some time to look at this thread.

Wanted to buy the 480$ Support pack, and have the book sweater and t-shirt.
But with 90$ on top to ship a shirt, hoody and a book, Im done.

I don't know why all of the sudden it was decided to unload shipping cost on the customer who's already forking over a substantial amount of cash. Because all previous packs this was not the case.

edit:

Which means I won't be making this purchase (Unless the old option returns).
Techniqually speaking Spending this kind of money is just bad practice (Not gonna earn you more, ROI is shit). For me supporter packs are more of a way to support a developper I like. Which is more an emotion / feeling than a sound economic sound investment.

So when I make such a payment I want to feel nice, all I feel now is being ripped off. So I would advise GGG to take a good look at their conversion rate (clicking but not finishing payment) before and after saddling their customers with the shipment cost because I think a lot of people will feel this way.

I don't care for physical goods myself but I have a friend who would appreciate the gift. It was a massive contributing factor to me even considering buying those pricier packs (240/480).

- T-shirt alone (160$ pack) costs ~16 euros (overpriced. T-shirts are usually cheapest shipping bracket)
- T-shirt + Hoodie costs ~24 (reasonable)
- T-shirt + Hoodie + Book costs - ~63Euros (overpriced)

Is the book so massive and heavy it costs +40 euros to ship?
I've ordered small furniture before and it cost 20-40 euros.

Glad that i found this thread before creating mine.
After almost 40h in poe2, wanted to support and go for highest one, but waaah 117 usd (1/4 of $ pack itself!!!!) for shipping is an unfunny joke and a complete insult.

Im from EU and I've ordered MULTIPLE large packages from YouTubers or companies I like from the US, Australia or Korea (including Demolition Ranch, How Riddiculous, PBS Space TIme, LTT, Gamer Nexus etc.) containing sweatshirts, t-shirts, hats, books, mugs, screwdriver + water bottle, pillows or even PC peripherals.

The shipping has NEVER been more expensive than around 15 to 30 USD at MAXimum.

Obviously I won't be ordering this or any of the future supporter packs until the shipping price drops to around $20.
