Supporter Pack Shipping Cost

Hi, I was about to buy the 480$ pack but what made me actually stop for now: almost 70$ shipping cost? Oo I mean I bought a few packs before and how could you afford to send me so many T-Shirts and Hoodies and Pictures before when the shipping cost is higher than some of the packs? I never had to pay shipping myself before. Is this a mistake or real?

The shipping cost is from the US-based supplier of the goods, GGG has no control over it.

Hmmm... really? I "might" have spent 480$ :) But yeah I guess it will be corrected soon and I will buy Supporter pack anyways so no worries about that ;)

Care to share what's the outcome after you talk to the support team?
As i'm having the same concern with you, that shipping cost is just too much no matter what the real reason behind.
Was so ready to spend another 480 as the art book is too good to miss out~ But after seeing that shipping cost, i'm not gonna spend any for now.

Ooof, this is concerning, if the shipping cost is that high then I might also don't want to get the goods but that is a bummer because I would imagine the cost of that pack INCLUDES the physical goods...

Shipping cost to Germany is 80$, what is one of the highest if seen yet and i buy very often stuff at LRG (Limited Run Games). The stuff there, was bigger than a Shirt+Hoody+Book and the highest i payed was 69,49$ for shipping + duties + taxes alltogether.

If in your shipping cost the duty and taxe were included, it still is too much or are you saying the physical stuff costs about 200$ - 230$ ?

BUT!!! you are already stating that duty and taxes are NOT included in the shipping fee.

And THIS is hilarious and you know why ?

the total for shipping to germany with all in it (shipping + duty + taxes) can go UP TO !! 266.37$ !!
IF you are not declaring the prices of the Shirt, Hoodie and Artbook, Customs will most likely use the 480$ Price from the SupporterPack to calculate the duty and Taxes. And even if you say/declare the physical stuff costs 80$ total, it is still 133$ for shipping duty taxes ....

spending more than 50% only for shipping .... no sorry thats to much, and i already invested 5 digits into PoE (yeah yeah whale yadayada, i am still under 1$/h played so shut it).
so this isnt a "i dont have the money"-problem .... its a "thats just unreasonable"-Problem for me.



Please GGG overthink your shipping prices or at least put the duty/taxes into the shipping price!

if you want the old shipping back i assume you are ok for your goods to take months (sometimes 6 or more months) to arrive?

This is fast delivery and more likely item insurance and possibly import taxing.

This shift in shipping methods has been reached via the constant pleading of those that have waited, those that have been forced to go collect and pay the import tax anyway, this is not something that GGG though hey, fuck the players we are doing this now, it's the constant barrage of support tickets bemoaning the delays that has pushed them to this.


Maybe they could have both types, but if you opt for the i'm a cheap bastard option you loose the right to support on those items.
