POE 2 supporter pack on STEAM

I first intended on just getting the early access key after seeing the prices in the video, cuz the other packs were kind of too expensive for me but when I went to the store page of POE2 the prices were more reasonable and I thought to myself it might be the regional steam price because I'm in Indonesia so I went ahead added some more money and bought a higher tier pack than what I initially intended. The purchase went through and everything looked great, until I decided to launched POE 1 and check out my new skins, to my surprise, they weren't there. I went back to my purchases page to check what the problem might be and discovered a message saying the purchase failed. I didn't get the supporter pack or the money I bought it with)) I already contacted steam with the screenshots and everything but it's already been over 5 hours and still no reply((

same here, bought the $100 pack 6 hours ago.

Same, I got the King of the Faridun Supporter pack on Steam, and haven’t receive points on my account and also tells me I have no access to PoE 2…It’s been 17 hours since purchase. Sent an email to support last night, haven’t received a response yet.
