Same, got the King of the Faridun Supporter pack on steam, didn't receive points on my account and also tells me I have no access to PoE 2 :(

i think there is a separation here at steam. poe2 is an independent game and when the game is released on steam (EA) and you log in with the account data of the account, the POE site will also notice, hey he has a key. i still applied for a refund at steam to buy it directly from the official site, but the problem with that is that you can no longer play it via steam because you didn't buy a “supporter” key, but only with the release of the finished game because it is free2play.
