Changes to Path of Exile's Account System

I want to raise a serious concern and complaint regarding the approach of PS5 cosmetics.
First, we understand, its Sony that is causing the issue. We get it, they are hyper greedy.
HOWEVER! That does not excuse the fact that I was not born with the ability to see into the future, what I mean is SUPPORTER PACKS. This literally does not allow me to claim or otherwise even pay again for my supporter packs to use the cosmetics in PS5. For example the Divine Paladin supporter pack, in my opinion the best released, won't be available if I jump POE 2 on my PS5 if I bought it on PC. Should POE 2 have ALL Supporter packs available in the trade store for a limited time after POE 2 early access releases? I think so. Otherwise its unfair that I spent so much on PC and have my rug pulled under me for choosing to play comfy couch coop for path 2.

Is it possible to link two different PC accounts? If so, would all purchases like stash tabs and cosmetics merge into one single pool?
