Coincidence?

Imagine thinking account flagging isn't a real thing ;P

Indeed, like going broke.

If you dont think what you do then yes. Actually going broke is way faster that anything else if your actions are mindless.

Sooo..I had ~3 weeks with terrible loot RNG, investing around 200 divs in atlas strats without getting much in return. Forget breaking even...I was effectively losing currency by playing.

It went so far that I doubted that everything was working as intended.

Is there a bug with fulcrum/reflected burns? Was I being punished by an automated system because my account was flagged for sth?
(trading currency without getting anything like in 5 way services etc...who knows?)

I was close to leaving the game and then I decided to just write the support directly.

Not even 2 hours after I sent my eMail, a mirror dropped.
This was my first mirror ever and Im here for arround 10 years.

This cant be a coincidence, right?

Sounds like a terrible atlas strategy to me.

YOu might be on to sth Agent Mulder ;P
coincidence IMHO

/joke The free money glitch RMT shadow business that GGG operates is pretty cool.

No, it's not, there's no such thing as RNG because any binary machine is incapable of generating something truly random, the best thing you can do is be transparent and show the queue used in the roll, the more hidden it is, the more manipulated it is and TENCENT is famous for its manipulated algorithms MAINLY to favor those who open their wallets more.
EVERY TIME I see someone defending an obvious flaw in the game saying it's the fault of the RNG I lose faith in humanity because a person can't be that stupid, what I said above about the impossibility of generating a random value with a binary number is something taught in school (or should be), if you don't even understand that, what else is there to argue?
I have played rigged games and i also think it is not completely out of the question that there is some kind of algorhytm that ever so slightly favors people with their wallets open, but it's pretty irrelevant for most players. It has zero effect for a ssf run to get all 4 voidstones, so it's only for the few that grind in softcore tradeuntil their wrists hurts if anything. Also, the game is full off stuff which delivers consistent income...Essences, Harvest...everybody would realize instantly that the game is rigged, if people get significantly less Harvest juice over a long period of time under the same cicumstances, this stuff could be tested compared to others...That is just not the case...Maybe you are more likely to drop a mirror if you spend more money, but how often exactly is that, lol?

Also, calling people randomely stupid that do not think the game is rigged is very weird to say the least. There are no stakes involved here^^ It's not like we are sitting in an indian casino with our rent money in front of us^^ Why would someone be stupid who just plays the game without any worries?

And that a computer cannot produce truly random numbers shouldn't be a huge issue for games, which are entertainment, so who cares. It has worked out for quite a while already. It's an arpg not cybersecurity for the pentagon...

No stakes? If there was any substance to the claim the game is "rigged" in that some players receive better drops than others, then it just opens up the door for more toxicity and uncertainty.

Someone dropping a mirror and posting it giddy with excitement? Oh nah bro, you 'pledged allegiance to GGG' and they inserted it for you!

'Oh bros I made a negative thread on the forums and now my RNG is shit again!'

Or people telling you to buy supporter packs to increase your RNG, but this time unironically.

It's bs.
The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.
nothing can be proven one way or another so people can just make up their own minds about it based on their own experience and what they see from others. is it coincidence that someone who leaves a lot of negative feedback never gets any good drops while some other player who praises GGG with his every breath gets 2 mirror drops 2 leagues in a row? who knows...
