Delete green balls to Ritual

to be honest even back when it was first introduced i hated it. be busy taking a short breather/reading something and some of them could sneak up on me and BOOM.

then again i really hate that in poe u need to clear 2-3 screens worth of enemy before you can interact/stop moving/read anything.

yes i m exaggerating but thats how poe is for as long as i can remember
