mageblood just too op

I've got it on a bunch of chars in standard (currently playing poe2) it is way over powered, you can literally be lazy as heck with your resistances, it'll max those, it'll give you tons more armor or evade, like TONS and it'll boost your attack speed by heeeeeaps with onslaught +17% more on another flask, it's nuts to have this item. I've got builds without it that require specific belts but over all this for years has been way to OP. It's also easy to make a bunch of currency off selling, lol.

It really should be gone haha
