Did you miss the part in the patch notes where they directly targeted top meta builds by nerfing Kaom's Spirit and Heatshiver?
Or the bugfix for Spell Cascade in relation to Hexblast?
At least get the facts right when making such bold statements
hexblast mines never used cascade? its still top tier atleast get facts right when making such bold statements

They meant Doom Blast, from Impending Doom Support.
Bugfix in question being refixing cascades so they account for +radius from gem levels when spacing out the cascades (fixing overlap).

This is an interesting question, actually.
I guess that it's different crowds - RF attracted the 'I don't want to think about my build on my own, at all, ever' crowd, which is probably a lot more sensitive to nerfs (I don't think there's another build with its own website).
On the other hand, Heatshiver is probably a tool of the 'this shit's OP, so I'm taking advantage of it, ho ho' crowd, which is expecting to get nerfed, the only question is when.

Op looks kinda new to PoE. New players don’t think beyond paper stats due to limited understanding. Overall, RF is an unnecessary nerf. Ggg has failed again and should revert plus buff it.
it was more than necessary. They failed only in one thing. That they allowed RF to be meta for so long. People were comfortable playing same build over and over for too long, to the point they sarted thinking that is the norm.

Never said Im happy they didndt change those as well. But Changing one meta build is still betetr than changing 0.

Btw Righteous Fire builds require 0 or minimal effort to play. Traditionally those kinds of builds in PoE also require high end of gear to compensate low effort. Well, RF is "in line" with others now. It's still going to be very strong just not walking simulator from league start log in.

And yes ofc im tired that they decided to change a build I liked that I know isnt OP and hits a investment cap quite fast. This is one of the few builds I can play properly thx to nerve damage so it kinda fucks up the entire game for me.
