You guys dont know how to play RF clearly haha. Your doing it wrong thats why you suck at it. RF is gonna be fine, just not as easy to start with. Also, THROW FIRE TRAPS and it will be totally fine. Good lord its not the end of the world that they nerfed your walking simulator a little bit.

Well you could say that he definitely doesn't for sure, at least not probably. Giving that rf jugg isn't even his build creation and giving the point that he's not even fully invented into the skill to realize the big buff on a different gearing approach. Playing solely one build forever doesn't mean you automatically master it and that's not any different for streamer either.

Even with the old gearing it's going to be fine, trash mobs are going to die anyways with the bare minimum of damage and you use your firetrap on boss mobs and tougher rares anyways to kill them faster, else you really play the build wrong or just want to shield charge all day. Firetrap is pretty much close to unchanged, so stacking your gem levels will still give you your single target damage. And your rf ignite will be strong enough to kill regular trash mobs just fine cause you don't really need more than 2-3kk dmg for normal endgame mapping, and that's still a thing with the changed RF.

i dont think i have seen a more clueless person about RF than you thanks fir making me laugh its like this one newbie is trying to argue with a veteran of 20k hours on the subject and says he doesnt know anything you clearly havent played RF no one is gonna throw fire trap at every single rare now in the maps its not gonna be fine you will spend 5 times longer in the maps if you did that thats not fine you only throw fire trap against fire resistant rares or map bosses or unique monsters clearly its you who has played RF all this time wrong and RF in dmg got massive nerf not a bit again showing you are clueless

First of all you didnt not lose 80% of your DPS to "kill things 5 times longer".
Second, even if you would lose 80% of your RF DPS, you still would not kill things 5 times longer because for most part you kill stuff so fast you wouldnt even notice the diffrence and for tanky stuff you use Fire Trap which has WAY higher single target and RF is just small part of your DMG at this point.

Will RF be slower now? Yes. Thats the point of the nerf. But people should stop acting like the skill is dead and unplayable now. Only case in which it will be unplayable is if you still expect to clear end game content on 1 div build.

i didnt say it..literally read up other posts the other guy said you need to throw fire trap at every rare and RF gonna be fine its how you suppose to play RF and that we are clueless and play wrong RF

Im sorry but that was a worse version of the skill. Theres no telling if one of the alternate versions of the skill will be better. But they made the wrong choice. They took a skill that was easily played by most people and made it more complicated and harder to use. These kinds of changes is what they should be doing to the alternate versions, not the base skill.
