Does it really matter? Just delete the character and the items and make another guy. Same with SSF, just don't trade. I'm not trying to be an ass about this either, I've never understood why HC needs its own mode when the solution is just delete your guy and move on.

Objective reason? Not enough interest in hc in the past events. Nobody plays hc anyway, even standard has more players these days so why should they even bother?

Patch 3.22.2 appears to have a lot of problems, as reported by many players, including myself.

So you still want HC eh? Just forget about it.

It matters when rules are established at the top rather than on a personal level, like playing SSF on trade league is totally a thing but many SSF enjoyers would never do it.

Also the HC race is usually the competitive one, the SC one is won by groups within the first day how can players act like SC has the better race -_-.

In all previous events we've been able to play the events on HC but just get thrown in with SC for the raffle draws which is fine tbh I can't see what was wrong with that.

I honestly think they are testing 50% xp loss

lol hc, the dead mode close to nobody gives a f about same as ruthless or ssf, and the mode with just a handful of viable and the same repeating streamer diehard builds and no space for fun or experimental builds. How very unfortunate
