And it is not allowed.

Considering how many i deal with, even on standard, you could have me fooled that it was.

And how many emails with proofs have you send to GGG (and no „he put currency in trade window too fast” is not a proof).

Lets do an experiment - if you think that GGG allow it, declare openly here on forum that you use one - we will see if they do anything about it.

They don't allow the use of bots but sadly at the same time don't do anything about them. You can add a bunch of obvious trade bots to your friend list during one league, report them and still see them online even two leagues later.
Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun.
Can you prove they are bots? Because game companies need something more than „trust me bro”.

Someone who's online 24/7 at any giving time, doesn't respond to any messages at all and buys out just a single type of item via a third party tool and relists those for a higher price in bulk on a low level character with not a single challenge done. Clearly not a bot for sure lol

But I just block bots since a couple of leagues cause nothing really happens even if you waste your time to report them, no matter how much information you provide and how obvious the bots are.

Suspicious - yes, proof -no. Based on sus I would say 20% of vocal forum users act like competition hired trolls - do I have proof?

What other "proofs" do you need in order to see that those obvious indicators tell you that someone's a bot, cause not a single human being would be able to buy out stuff 24/7 with each single league and be on point for any new listing.

You don't need a diploma in order to figure out that those characters are controlled by a bot.

I dont think you have much experience with how it work from company side, right? Again, indicators are not proofs. Companies need solid evidence that points out bot activity (detect software, some games monitor some or even all system activity including what other programs you run and what they do, system processes - a bit controversial, because it strip you from privacy the deeper they go - dont think ggg go so deep). Anyway, probably they need more than „trust me bro, acc is on 24/7 must be a bot, not afk/acc sharing/whatever else”.

EDIT: most sus is, why are you 24/7 if you testify that the acc you observe is 24/7?

Good you have this experience.

I will add that in Crucible you have a Beasts behind the wall. You have to be close to the beast to get data on what it is.
Now in ToTa we are back to load the map = you have all the data about it.

I know it's hard to code, to keep network data very dynamic but Botters was very happy about it so you know in which direction this game is going.
They don't care.

let me guess, your evidence is - "trust me bro" and "the vision"?

My experience too. Have reported a few dead-giveaway bot or rmt account, but nothing happens.

Have seen a lot more. Appears to be common to play for real for a while, and then turn over accounts or characters to botting. Not all are 0 challenges accounts. However, they tend to stand out like a sore thumb. No gear, constantly AFK, plus other usual signs.

Pretending otherwise, by some I see, is just silly. None of us have irrefutable proof ofc, that's why reporting them can be good. If GGG do nothing, then that tells more about their 'policy' then anything else.

Fine with speed limits, but if nobody get ticketed despite racing twice as fast as the limit, does the law really matter?
