In 3.19, they significantly nerfed the base loot of 3.18. Increasing by 25%, 33% or whatever the numbers they thrown into it, it's still far from the actual base loot of 3.18. Let's do the math here: Loot Nerf Value + 0.25(Loot Nerf Value) = still a Loot Nerf Value That percentage increases they added are significantly worthless in my opinion.
