Full Atlas Passive Tree Reveal

Do You know currency to revoke points (regret?)
bonkers
So after seeing the Atlas passive tree, here are my initial thoughts :

1/ You loose so much points on tiny nodes that do practically nothing
2/ You need to invest too much points to get some specific league rewards
3/ Big nodes from the former Atlas passives were nerfed to the ground.
4/ I think that we need largely more than 128 points
5/ With that tree, and the respecing needed as ypou progress, the orb of unmaking can't be regret rarity in loot.

Still have to try it in game, but for me, with what i see, i'll need far more grind because every reward will be reduced, and a lot more respecing because of the nature of the tree and how you loose so much points getting nothing...

Just as I expected this, the new tree coverage is way worse than before; well played.
Before atlas had 138 nodes with 50 points to use, its 36,23% could be covered.
Now it has 642 nodes with 128 points to use, its 19,93% could be covered.

Not to mention, base map sustain will be non-existent anymore from map bonuses.
Which means, 23-31 points are minimum for +1 maps drops from the new tree already.

The new tree coverage must be worse, because you get the benefit on the entire atlas instead of just a quarter. This means at minimum you should be seeing twice the amount of value of your invested points. Not to mention you get to pair any 3-4 preferred content on any map on the atlas, instead of potentially getting 2 desired content in 1/4 of the atlas and remaining split 1 each.

Currently I am guessing it is slightly over tuned in player's favor, but only playing will confirm.
Okay i think i gathered enough *ahem* readers, lets see

About map covering, its fun because you can freely respect points and change them whenever you like, so it doesnt matter how much you cover, you have more than enough points.

By the way do you remember atlas passives were region locked via maven earlier? and now you can start allocating points upon completing the very first map?

Just as i expected, you didnt understand how Kirac works now i highly suggest to go and read about the new kirac mechanics, scouting reports and all that stuff you obviously missed if you think map sustain will be non existent.

Disappointed you only get to spend 19 points on a specific league mechanic, and some like Lab get 4 total? Yikes.

I was expecting at least twice the available investment for each category.

We're at 128 points now? What happened to the other points?

Because labs cant be compared to an entire league content? yikes

Yeah we have 128 points now, nothing happened to the other points, because we had 50 earlier, now more than double.

Math yikes.

Worst atlas update ever... Deleted nem3 and new bad/uselles passives. Deleted watchstones like harbingers drop more rare currency. Very bad, hate this game

If you think passives are uselles you probably dont know how to play, and in fact, you dont! Why you're here then? its crystal clear you hate this game, thats what you try to spread here.

Yeah one of them is users posting unconstructive feedback with vague or non existant descriptions of the issues they address.

It's the GGG way, they are very good at giving the impression nerfs, are really a buff.

Yes we can potentially have 4 or 5 league mechanics on the map now, but in case you hadn't noticed alot of the % to encounter nodes are lower, even including the travel passives. So chances are that we will probably encounter about the same number of mechanics as before, but now with often weakened nodes.

We've also lost the ability to have 4x100% chayula, or maraketh. Yes I know there is a sextant mod, but how insanely rare will they be and even when you get them they only last for 3 maps, the 4x100% was every map.

Don't get me wrong I am still very excited to play and welcome the passive tree, I just fear (and I really do hope I am wrong) that overall this will be slightly weaker than what we had, but let's see!

Holy moly! So much juice I can't decide what to pick. As Chris said, we'll have to make some DECISIONS. Bossing nodes are great. Sirus can still drop Awakened Gems - in your face, whiners.
Beyond on EVERY map - instant pick.
Increased Delirium chance on every map - instant pick.
Ritual on map device and big ritual juice on tree - don't mind if I do!
Strongboxes look busted.
Kirac nodes - easy free maps.
Delvers are happy - now every map gives sulphite.
Pinnacle bosses nodes with implicit items drops - must have.
It's like a late Christmas.
