Laundry list of sound problems from the new patch

Sounds after newest patch still not fixed unfortunately :(
The 3.16.3b patch didn't fix the initial problems here below


My Sound option

I still hear my zombies squeak, the spiders hiss and some creature scream while dying.

I set other audio levels, than save, than put my sounds settings back, nothing change.
I reset the audio levels than go back to my preferences, nothing change.

Sound is still bugged.

For example: Putting currency into stash tab almost makes no sound.
League encounters and bosses fights dialogues are almost impossible to hear (Which is problematic because these are usually hints to what attack moves they are going to use)
Item Filter sound sometimes play sometimes doesn't and when it plays it is too quiet.
Only half of the sound effect plays in some cases (The music that plays when finishing a blight encounter for example, if you have that tune in your head is roughly 2 seconds, but it will only play the sound starting from second 1 and not from 0.)

This is on Master Volume MAX and Voice Volume MAX and Effect Volume at 75%.

Ok, so not just me. I have had my ambient sounds set to false forever, adjusted my filter volume because it was extremely quiet and now my zombies will not shut up.
Has GGG acknowledged that these problems still persist after the "sound fix" patch?

Getting LOUD running water sounds in odd places, like Crystal Veins and Sarn Encampment. Also, Warbands death cries sound terribly janky, like a speaker wire is loose, but nothing else. =0[.]o=
