Laundry list of sound problems from the new patch

spectral throw as used by fairgraves act two is louder than any other sound effect i have encountered since the patch
message notifications don't play if you have the client minimized

I'm using "sound_effects_volume2=false" in production_Config, for performance reasons, and after last patch i started to hear random sounds from game client.

Thanks for your report, we're looking into these.


There's also an issue with sound that seem to be culled in mob intensive maps. I just did a juiced tropical Island map with memesis 3 mod and the more mobs I was fighting, the less sounds were audible. To a point that there were only 3 sounds audible; the music, non-custom item filter sounds, and the warcry sound.

Custom sounds from the item filter only played from one speaker.

Same for me: I hear character death sounds, random attacks, and expedition explosions.

Also: Lootfilter sounds are delayed by up to 3 seconds. Fix this please!

3.16.3b. Still lots of undead sounds. I believe monsters that still make sound are necromancers and zombies, but not sure. I have done some labyrinth runs and some areas are filled with sounds. I play with sounds turned on on master, chat and item filter sounds.
Supposed new patch to fix sound bugs fixed nothing outlined in initial post or what others have reported.
The game is much more stable but there are still problems with the sound, especially with the music and the item filter sounds
