Laundry list of sound problems from the new patch

Same issues for me. I would like to add that it is not only limited to item filter/drop sounds, but also to in-game sound effects like volatiles. This makes it a potentially game-breaking bug for HC players.

While you're at it, could also fix the crafting recipe "whispers" ? Every time we click on a crafting recipe plaque, a barely audible dialogue plays and this has been around for years.

Just to add to this list, in case it can help pin down the problem:
- Gemling Legionnaire death sounds are also turned up to 11.
- Sounds of Highgate water following me into my hideout and sticking around.
- Expedition explosions for me are only OTT when unearthing a Runic mob.
- Heist rogues talk over themselves with two different lines of dialogue.

+1 to Expedition explosions are absurdly loud

I reset the audio levels than go back to my preferences, nothing change.

Expedition explosions definitely sound like someone smashing glass.

In addition, I've noticed that Heist rogues will talk over themselves if they generate multiple voice lines.
Avid door opening enjoyer.
Also, flasks still trigger an audio cue while having no charges. I believe the audio triggers twice when used with charges.

Double audio trigger also happens when consuming a leveling-tome quest reward.

Example of the sound being way too loud for some things, other notable encounters were jump spiders in The Old Fields act 2, Fairgraves quest in act 1 and most Torment Ghosts.

I just lost half of the sound effects in the game after playing 3-4 maps. (but thanks for fixing the crash on portal to hideout bug!)
I noticed the same problems with my audio after patch too, expedition scared me 3 times already lol, and lootfilter haveing a delay in the sounds or sometimes not have sounds at all.

It almost feels like any new sound that happens cancels out the previous sound or cuts it short.

I have every single item drop in the game customized to the point where I could play blindfolded and know every drop by sound. With the current state of bugged sounds in the game it is making it very difficult to play or enjoy.

Edit - After more testing I can get multiple drop sounds to all play in their entirety if I redrop them at the end of a map, or in a space with nothing else going on. It seems like any monster sound cancels my item filter sounds.
