3.17 Splitting Steel > Boneshatter Switch Gear

Hi Guys,

Since I'm sure you are curious, just got to lvl 72 not long ago, which is the requirement to use Boneshatter lvl 21, so I decided to make the switch over and buy some pieces of gear:



Most expensive item was the axe for 8c.

Always Replica Wings; it's too good.

Even when I do buy a GG rare, I end up using Replica Wings for mapping because of how fast it makes you.

The Rare I'll use for bossing, since you want more raw Phys DPS for that than Attack Speed.

But really, a Rare is not necessary. As, I'm assuming you saw, all the videos were using Replica Wings.

how are you sustaining mana with that setup, is it just the leech on the neck? I'm chugging flasks nonstop

You're running out of mana because you are 6L when it's not necessary. If you look at my previous posts, you'll notice the first maps I ran I was using a 4L. Actually, I am still 5L slowly climbing through yellow Tier Maps.

Try allocating "Mana Flows", it's 2 points away, and if that's not enough go down to 5L or 4L until you get Mana Leech Jewelry.

EDIT: Forgot, you can also buy a "Wurm's Molt" belt. It has Leech and can be used from lvl 8 on.

3.17 PSA: Cheap way to get a 6L Astral Plate

Hi Guys,

The market for 6L Armors is pretty bad at the moment, but you can set a live search for these cards for 7-8c and get a cheap one to craft:



You can also farm these in A7-Crypt for free ;)

Then Alch, Harvest craft Life, or Essence like I did and got lucky on the first:

Why my dmg is so low.... Im killing bosses for ages... got the best axe at my lvl and still the same
Im using herald of ash + vitality + determination




upd: swapped to boneshatter at 53 lvl.... hate splitting steel mechanic.....
but can't understand what to do with auras...
