" Did you meet Jun in act 9? She gives you first mission there to eliminate a branch syndicate. From then you will randomly encounter it in other areas and maps. You get rewards for doing safehouses and one of the rewsrds from Hillock can increase the quality of weapon/armor/flask/map depending what branch he is in. Here is a list of who gives what. As for your 6L don't worry about it too much, extra 8% isn't gona make huge difference and it can take a while to set up your syndicate to get that extra quality. Also what bow are you trying to 6L? If you are not going to use if for long then don't waste your fusings on it. In general it's better to get 6L in your chest because it's easier to craft a good chest and you are more likely to upgrade your weapon than chest. Unless of course you have the bow that you plan on using forever. I don't know how the market is on PS but on PC it's really easy top get a decent 6L chest for like 30-50 chaos |

" I literally got lucky and spend 10 chaos orbs on a Lionseye Glare 6 socket, 5 linked from trade with the highest rolls on the server ive seen so far. I dont think the person selling it knew how decent it is. So this bow will carry me for quite on long time until I can muster up the currency for a rare elder bow with bleed modifiers. So I think its totally worth linking since it would take me months and months to get anything better if at all possible. I need it linked cause I need to get tabula rasa off my chest and use a proper Armour chest. |

" I'm guessing you've never been truly unlucky if you think 1k fusings is unlucky. My first attempt in 2014 was about 3800 fusings, and I failed. :) I personally don't do it unless I have about 2k fusings, and only if I've not found the craft. its said that its about 1200-1300 fuses.
in my experience its rather 2200-2300 (with 28or more quality... made lots of 6l always believe that "this time it wont be disaster" - never happen) trully? just buy fated connection. faaaar cheaper. or buy 6l and divine it (if its unique) |

It took me years before I linked my fist 6L and I've been playing since closed beta. My advice is never expect a 6L. It's entirely too random.
