Patch 3.13.1 - Still Crashing to Desktop

I have not done any of the "fixes" out there and yet I've been playing straight 9 hours now. When it has been constant crashes past couple of days. I don't even last 2min on a map. afraid to close the client and get constant crashing again.

1650 S
Win10 x64

Constant crashes and it seems to be getting worse to the point where I am now crashing in my hide out ... :| Keep in mind before the last 'patch' hit I had 1 crash in total now I can get 1 crash in 3-5 mins MAX at this point the game is unplayable... I am reinstalling the game atm but judging by the replies here nothing will help. GTX 1060 6gb

I think I've fixed my crashing? Disabling multithreading seems to do the trick. However PoE runs like a potato now at like 40-50 fps max. Please halp.

can double on that, disabling multithreading fixes crashing, but FPS goes to shit.

Disabled multi threading did not work for me :/
thought I fixed it by turning off Vulcan, didnt crasch for a day, but now its back.


*Edit, turned both back on. still crasched within 2 minutes. well i guess this harvest and conqurer will have to wait until I find them again.. F

Did you disable SMT in the UEFI? This fixed the issue for me. Was able to play for 2h now with multiple map changes without any crash.

What are SMT and UEFI?
Im trying to verify my steam game files atm.

PS. Atleast the crashes are not p2w, because i just crashed in my hideout about to buy split shot MTX.

SMT is simultanious multithreading and you can disable it in you bios.

I disabled it yesterday, and no crash happened since. Before that i could barely play a couple of minutes.

Lost 4 characters in SSFHCBTW. All to crashes. No pattern so it seems, just random for me.

I will not play anymore untill they drop a patch since I only play HC and it just sucks.
