Patch 3.13.1 - Still Crashing to Desktop

Maybe a fix.
I did what someone said here in the forums. Deleted all my files. Documents-> Path of Exile Folder Users/Romaining -> Path of Exile Folder And all files except for the big gpk and the client.exe files in the poe main folder. I am playing and no crashes anymore! Always crashes in ultimatum encounters but sometimes elsewhere like hideout can't even play the game at this point it is so disappointing and annoying.

Same here. Swiched 2 graphic cards, RX 570 and Nvidia 1660 but Still can randomly crash without any error. I've never had such issues before...

Same after the recent Update my Game crashes right on startup.
I reinstalled the game, deleted all files and still no fix to it | |
