Texture loading on every zone + constant stuttering.
Deleting my local files did nothing. Switching to Vulkan eliminated msot of the performane problems. There are still some areas whre stuttering occurs. And in general the loading times are maybe 30% longer, but overall, it is much better now.
DCs are still prevalent though. |

Another guy with the crashes.
Are there some logs in the game, possible to send to support? "War's over, soldier. You just don't know it yet. Everybody lost."

I switched to vulcan, cleared the game folder in Documents, and cleared shader cache. Vulcan seems to have made for less stuttering, but I now I'm getting more frequent crashes - particularly while in towns.

I am still experiencing this issue after attempting the posted fix.

" Thank you! Fixed for me. Although I had to play the game with invisible monsters and floor for a while it fixed the lag. I mean no wonder it lagged, my shader folders had over 130,000 files! I bet the game do some search to find correct shader and if it has to search so many files there is no wonder the game stutter. |

I was having these same issues, I somewhat fixed it for my setup by using the 64bit client. That is, PathOfExile_x64.exe instead of PathOfExile.exe in the shortcut.

Game runs like utter crap for me. It's never ran that well but not this bad, I managed to get as low as 20 fps when activating ritual.

- 30 second loading time between areas.
- Constant stuttering and freezes anywhere from 1 second to 7. - Rituals are specially messy, also delirium, specially with both. I am forced to stop playing, cause it's unberable. Horrible. Even with everything on lowest settings except resolution and vsync, it makes no difference. Giveme an option that changes graphics to look like diablo 1, but with no fps drops! Just a follow up. Deleted shader cache, didn't do anything. Switched to Vulcan, the stutters are now gone.
