Texture loading on every zone + constant stuttering.

Tried deleting Documents/My Games/Path of Exile folder contents as well as shader cache folders and forcing steam to verify files. Nothing has changed, sending in a report to GGG via email.

Deleting the Documents/My Games/Path of Exile contents didn't solve anything for me sadly. Same with the shader caches.

Got the same Problem. And it has begun at 3.13.

So what I've done so far.

- Reinstalled the NVIDIA Drivers to the lastest.
- Deleted the PathOfExile folder file in My games folder.
- Deleted the shader folder in PoE installation folder.
- Tried Vulkan.
- Reinstalled PoE in my NVME SSD.

I got a 400Mb internet connexion, my router is on SQM for traffic queue prioritization by type of traffic.

Latency between 16 to 20ms in game.

So yeah.. The game is bugged for textures loading

Considering the amount of threads on technical support forums in regards to the same issue it's safe to assume that something is messed up with the game client or servers.

Textures are popping in for the first few seconds on entering an instance, and it is extremely laggy. And then constant stutters throughout playing a map.

Switching to Vulkan greatly improved it for me.

Same problem here. I've tried every solution stated here and nothing worked. Also, since this seems to be UI related and might help you find the root cause for this issue, when the game is in Background and with another window opened on top of it, I'm getting intermitent flickers with a period of approximately 30 second of the game on top of the Foreground window. Vulkan improved my performance too but eventually PoE will crash to desktop, which is new. I used to use Vulkan prior to 3.13.

Did absolutely nothing, although resetting all options is always fun.

Changing to Vulkan did help somewhat, but it still isnt as smooth as previous leagues.

Also having this problem since the patch. Deleting the documents folder accomplishes nothing except messing up my settings and loot filters. Thanks!
